The location couldn't be better for exploring Madrid! We loved strolling through nearby Plaza Mayor and even took the kids to see the famous bear statue at El Oso y el Madroño. The large bathroom was a welcome surprise for our large family.
In my wife's opinion, the rooms could use more space. It would be great if they offered family suites to accommodate larger groups more comfortably.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, and having a private terrace was a nice touch! I felt pampered when the staff packed my bag while I was in the hospital, ensuring I didn't worry about my belongings.

I loved the cleanliness, the staff, the beautiful room, and the fact that we asked for a balcony and actually got one was a huge bonus. We were only in Madrid for one night, so the location was fabulous, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance of everything. The breakfast was an extra fee and well worth it...delicous and a great variety. Loved it, would recomend it, and if I am lucky enough to go to Madrid again I would stay there again.

I loved the classic yet modern decor throughout the hotel, and I found the staff attentive, making it easy for someone like me to navigate the premises with ease.
Better cleanliness in common areas would be appreciated.

The situation couldn't be more central, two steps away from Puerta del Sol. Despite this, the soundproofing of the rooms is fantastic. Being on a second floor in the middle of the Halloween party, only very attenuated noises could be heard when someone passed by shouting. The room is a correct size and has a wardrobe. The bed is quite comfortable. The right breakfast, although a bit expensive for what it offers. Very nice staff. Good value for money.
Cleanliness can be much better. There couldn't be any more hair in the room or the bathroom. They were there when we arrived and they were long enough to make it clear that they did not correspond to our heads. The woman who checked us out (I'm sorry I didn't write her name down) was concerned about the issue (very grateful in an age when customer service is almost always conspicuous by its absence) and compensated us amply, but above all, she proved to be a fantastic professional who understands the business. On the other hand, the bed linen also looked quite deteriorated and with small stains (including the pillow). Small details that if solved could greatly improve the level of comfort offered by the hotel.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the idea of putting the sign on the door for the room cleaning (which was brilliant) was very good. We had a large balcony with comfortable sunbeds - the room was very comfortable indeed.
Nothing to dislike - I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Madrid.

Good helpful stuff, excellent location - within 5 -10 minutes walk from the main places of interest, we decided to have breakfast in the hotel and it was a right decision.
Can be noisy with open windows, the rooms are small

On one of the busiest Piazas in Madrid there is lots of entertainment on weekends right at your door but the room was very sound proofed. Close to a good range of Bars, cafes etc. We only had 2 nights in Madrid but for other travellers i suggest a minimum of 3 nights.A nice Hotel where everything worked and no complaints from me.

The breakfast is particularly good, offered with savory foods and scrambled eggs, for instance and served in the dining room. As for me location is great and brilliant, near Centre of Madrid, the metro station of Puerta del Sol, and the major attractions and amenities.
